Pricing

Site visits to survey jobs, discuss projects or provide quotes do not incur any charges. If any work has not been quoted for beforehand then the following guide prices will apply.

Work booked in will incur this rate for the first hour (or part hour) This price is for labour only and does not include materials.

Subsequent hours for work booked in will be charged at this rate per hour (or part hour) This price is for labour only and does not include materials.

In the case of an emergency, which includes out of normal hours and short notice works that involve rearrangement of my normal scheduled works, this rate will be charged per hour (or part hour) This price is for labour only and does not include materials.

These prices are representative of labour for one electrician, if an additional pair of hands is required the final pricing will reflect that. Long term and quoted works such as rewires/extensions/conversions will not be governed by the rates stated above.

Electical installations condition reports (EICRs) are priced based upon a number of factors such as, amount of circuits, amount of consumer units and size of property. Prices start from £150 for a more accurate price please get in touch.
